Rolling Suds of Collierville-Southaven ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Neighborhood Wash Party platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

  • Contact information — name, email address, and phone number provided when you join or create a wash party.
  • Address information — street address and ZIP code for service scheduling and territory eligibility checks.
  • Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Photos — optional street or driveway photos uploaded by block captains to help us prepare for service.
  • Usage data — cookies, referral codes, and session tokens used to maintain access to your party page.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Schedule and perform the pressure washing service at your address.
  • Send transactional communications (booking confirmations, reminders, post-service reviews).
  • Process payments and issue refunds if a party is cancelled.
  • Notify you when your party reaches pricing milestones or when your captain reward unlocks.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Twilio — SMS notifications (where provided).
  • Service technicians who need your address to perform the work.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Party records, including participant names and addresses, are kept for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of non-transactional communications.

7. Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie per party (party_access_*) to authenticate your access to your party page. This cookie does not track you across other websites and expires after 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, httpOnly cookies, and a WAL-mode SQLite database with restricted access. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
